1969 Chris Craft 57’ Constellation. This is a true classic wooden yacht which stirs up the nostalgia in everyone. The stares, picture taking, horns, cheers and waves speak for themselves every time she comes out of her fully enclosed slip. I am the second owner and know the complete history and can even document with photos of boat when it was new. The original owner custom built this vessel and even went to Florida to see it to completion. There are many unique items that the owner added as it was built. As you enter the boat from the rear you walk into the climate controlled upper wheel house. This grand room is wonderful for entertaining in any conditions as it features a gorgeous teak floor along with beautiful mahogany wood and enclosed bar area with sink and an icemaker.  And this just gets you onto the boat. Once you open the door to the salon just a few steps down you are welcomed by large windows and an interior of beautiful mahogany wood which has never been painted to keep the integrity of the wood interior. The salon boasts a dry bar area and built-ins for TV and stereo as well as custom display cabinets. Not to mention it is fully lighted with factory indirect neon lighting. With a couch and 2 side chairs you have plenty of room to relax alone or have guests join you. A couple more steps down you enter your full galley setup which includes an oven with 4 burners, stove, microwave, dbl stainless sink, garbage disposal and full size refrigerator. Another custom addition is the galley cabinetry which provides extra storage. Eat in dinette also converts for additional sleeping area. Just off the galley in the front bow is a cabin with 2 bunks and day head. A few steps down from the salon you reach the mid cabin which has a large mirrored closet and 2 twins with adjoining sink and shower. The rear aft Master boasts a large closet, dresser and vanity with 2 twins and private shower and sink. The Master Stateroom, Salon and Kitchen all have newer electronic controlled AC/Heat systems. You can sleep 6 in beds, 8 with dinette and of course don’t forget the couch for that extra space! The exterior is even more captivating then the interior with its stunning teak decks and newly covered lounge cushions on bow.  New wench and anchor with 100’ galvanized chain. Bright white hull with ChrisCraft blue stripe. Boat is still equipped with factory original electronics which keeps its nostalgic look and feel. Original 871 Detroit Diesels with about 400 ORIGINAL hours that still purrs! Boat has new fuel tanks, water heater, recent batteries and water system and consists of 6 AC/Heat units. This classic lady has always been in fresh water and is just has lovely as the day she was born!
